Growing up in Belfast I was blessed to witness and experience the extremes of Love and hate. This provided me the opportunity to know that there is something beyond the mind which moves people in extreme situations.

My search to know and understand this something has brought me to India and Ireland and back to myself and an inward journey to connect with the universal love and compassion that is inside each of us. I would like to share with you the joy and wisdom of this journey.
