Listening To The Call To Lead
If you are called to be a member or leader for Unity in Ashland, then we say “YES” to your calling! When you have an idea of how you would like to support or further manifest being a light unto the world with our community we simply ask that you first read the leadership commitment, and then get involved with us for a while and see how your particular needs and talents fit with our leadership community.

LEADERSHIP COMMITMENT
I promise to TRUST enough to tell the truth, and treat each member and guest of this congregation lovingly, gently and with respect, in my thoughts, words and actions, whether in their presence or not.
In every interaction I will look for and acknowledge the highest and best in others as I surrender to LOVE, our true nature.
My connection to my Source and nurturing my relationship with others will always be more important than any issue.
If anything unlike LOVE comes up, I will hold us in my heart and listen as we each learn to speak, experience and be RESPONSE–ABLE for our own realities.
I will be there, for, and with others.
I will keep communication open and keep LOVE conscious,
active and present
as we rejoice in our continual healing toward our
CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS.
