Imbolc is a Celtic celebration of the goddess Brigid, the keeper of the hearth flame. A goddess of regeneration and abundance, she was greatly beloved as a provider of plenty who brought forth the bounties of the natural world for the good of the people. Known as the one who kindles the fires of creativity and regeneration, we will explore the internal fire of the immune system and strengthening our bodies. It is necessary to listen to our bodies for the evolutionary leap in consciousness. Music by Richard Williams and Heather Hutton
