To be present, still, empty or to be guided by the Divine or Inner Self has a universal prerequisite:  dealing with feeling personally ‘unworthy’ and ‘disconnected’.  Here are some tips on how to distract ‘that inner dog critic’ long enough to pass through the portal of connection and bliss.  These dog training tricks are enjoyable and easy to learn if you have the desire to do so.  No prior training experience necessary but a sense of humor helps.
